How this portal handles information
The Vigo Domains Portal is designed to let you search for a domain, check selected public trust signals and then move to the appropriate service when you choose to continue.
You do not need to create an account to use the public portal, and payment details are not collected or processed here.

Domain availability searches
When you search for a domain, the name you enter and the selected extension are sent to a Vigo-operated server-side lookup service.
That service queries TPP Wholesale to check availability, supported registration terms and, where relevant, transfer or renewal readiness. We use this information to return the result shown in the portal and provide the appropriate next step.
Operational systems may process technical request information needed to provide, secure and troubleshoot the service. Domain lookup activity may also appear in bounded operational logs when required to diagnose service or upstream API failures.
Quick Domain Trust Snapshot
The Quick Domain Trust Snapshot checks selected information that is already publicly available through DNS.
When you run a snapshot, your browser sends DNS queries to Google Public DNS for records used to assess signals such as nameservers, mail routing, SPF, DMARC, MTA-STS and TLS reporting.
Vigo does not create a customer profile from the snapshot or intentionally retain the completed snapshot result in this portal. Google Public DNS processes those DNS requests under its own privacy practices.
When you continue to domain services
Registration, transfer, renewal, billing and ongoing domain management take place through the TPP Wholesale platform rather than within this public portal.
Information you provide after leaving the Vigo Domains Portal is handled by TPP Wholesale and the relevant registrar or registry according to their applicable terms and privacy practices. Domain registration may require contact, eligibility or other information required by the relevant namespace or registry.
Support enquiries
If you contact Vigo for support, we use the information you provide to understand, respond to and manage your request.
Depending on the issue, this may include your name, contact details, domain name, relevant account information and technical information needed to investigate the problem.
Please avoid sending passwords, authentication codes or other credentials through a support request unless a secure method has specifically been arranged.
Website and service operation
Like most online services, the infrastructure used to deliver and protect this portal may process technical information associated with a request, such as an IP address, browser or device information, timestamps and requested resources.
This information is used for service delivery, security, troubleshooting and operational reliability rather than to build a marketing profile from your use of the Domains Portal.
Third-party services
The portal relies on a small number of external services to provide its functionality.
- TPP Wholesale provides upstream domain availability and domain-management services.
- Google Public DNS provides the DNS-over-HTTPS queries used by the Quick Domain Trust Snapshot.
These services handle information under their own privacy policies and operating practices.
Access, correction and privacy enquiries
If you have a question about information held by Vigo, want to request access or correction, or have a concern about how information has been handled, contact us through Vigo Support.
We will review the request and respond according to the circumstances and any applicable privacy obligations.
