This portal does not require a customer account and does not process payment details itself. It does, however, use a Vigo-hosted server-side lookup service to check domain availability before you are sent to our registrar storefront.
What we collect
- When you run an availability check, the domain term you enter and selected extension are sent to our server-side lookup endpoint so we can query the registrar API without exposing credentials in your browser.
- We do not ask you to create an account or enter billing details on this portal.
- If you continue to register, transfer, renew, or manage a domain, that activity takes place in the registrar storefront and is handled under that platform’s privacy and service terms.
- If you contact us for support, we use the details you provide to respond to and manage your request.
What this portal is designed to do
- Give you a quick availability check for selected TLDs.
- Show a Vigo-branded result with retail pricing and a clear next step.
- Hand you off to the registrar only when you choose to continue.
What we recommend
- Use a shared mailbox for domain ownership communications rather than a personal inbox.
- Turn on MFA for registrar, DNS, and email administration accounts.
- Keep ownership, DNS, and email trust records under clear organisational control.
